IN response to some letters you've published, yes the bins are a good idea, if they were collected weekly.
But rubbish is left by the roadside every fortnight, all around the West Swindon area after the bin men have gone round collecting.
Plus in all my time I have not seen so many flies as the rubbish does smell a little by the middle of the second week, even though most of us disinfect our bins.
