My son David and I, and family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Porch Surgery, district nurses at the health centre, Shaunaks Pharmacy, Dorothy House Foundation and Celtic Care for their unstinting help and assistance to make sure my husband was made comfortable during his illness.
The support we received during that time was much appreciated.
I certainly would have found it very difficult to cope if it had not been for all of you.
Your kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you.
