Brighton is set for some "fine and warm" weather this weekend as the dry conditions during the week continue.

Across the South East region as a whole, there have been mostly dry conditions and temperatures around the 20C mark.

Friday (May 10) will see some sun but plenty of cloud, whilst Saturday (May 11) will see the most consistent period of sun.

Meanwhile, Sunday (May 12) will see a mixture but overall the temperatures will be hovering around 20C on all three days.

Discussing the outlook for Friday, the Met Office shared: "Early mist and fog soon clearing to give another fine and warm day with plenty of hazy sunshine. Staying largely clear and dry in the evening. Maximum temperature 24 °C."

Meanwhile, for Saturday to Monday, they said: "Mostly dry and warm with sunny spells but a chance of afternoon showers on Sunday, locally heavy. Early mist and fog possible. Unsettled, cooler on Monday, with rain and showers."
