A Wiltshire beauty salon is celebrating a major milestone after reaching ten years in business.
Body & Soul Health & Beauty salon, on Pickwick Road in Corsham, was first opened in April 2014 by owner Rebecca Kershaw.
A decade later, the salon employs seven staff members and has a loyal group of customers.
Ms Kershaw believes its continued success is down to the strong support she and her team have received from the local community.
She said: “I’m proud. It’s really good because we’ve built our clients up, it’s a community really with a community spirit.
“We have a very good age range because we’ve got people working with us from 18 up into their 50s and our clients come in from 14 up to 94.
“We have a very wide range of different clientele which is what keeps you going really.”
One of the biggest challenges the salon has faced in the last ten years was the impact of the pandemic.
But with the support of her clients, Ms Kershaw was able to get the business through this period.
She added: “After Covid we built it all back up again and our clients were so supportive through it.
“My staff are incredible, I’ve been very lucky, but I’m just very proud to have kept it going for so long.”
