The burglary took place in Baydons Grove at some point between 1am and 3am on Friday, February 16, and a garage at the end of a property’s garden which backs onto King Edwards Close was broken into.

According to Wiltshire Police, two motorbikes were stolen from the garage and pushed to the gate of nearby allotments behind The Firs Care Home on Lickhill Road.

Officers have been able to retrieve one of the bikes found in North End, but an orange KTM 690 Duke remains stolen.

“We are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity around the area between the hours of 1am and 3am, as well as anyone who may have noticed activations on their doorbell cameras or CCTV,” said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
