THE teenager at the centre of June's chemical scare in Wootton Bassett will appear before Swindon Crown Court next week.
Thomas Cowley, 19, of Queen's Road, was brought before Chippenham Magistrates' Court on Monday, charged with offences under the Explosive Substances Act.
He was remanded into custody until Friday, October 26.
