A 30-year-old man has appered in court for a second time charged with the murder of Matthew Baggott in Devizes last Thursday.
Homeless Daniel Thomas De Costa, formerly of Melksham, appeared at Winchester Crown Court today.
De Costa was remanded in custody and will attend another hearing at the court on November 9.
