Sunday's game against Yeovil was terrible - we just didn't turn up.

We have been unbeaten at home since February after losing to Hartlepool who, ironically, we travel to this weekend.

Obviously the game was on Sky and you do get people coming up to you and asking if we froze under the cameras but that is just a load of rubbish.

You see a few more people there but once the game gets going then you completely forget about them.

What was disappointing was we just didn't get amongst Yeovil and they scored with 15 minutes to go, which killed the game off.

A few of the lads take defeat quite hard, I had dinner with Hansey Aljofree on Sunday evening and he was quite down.

I prefer to go through what went wrong in a chat afterwards. In this case it was on Tuesday and then it is done with.

You cannot change it so what is the point in being depressed, as long as we can have a good open and honest chat then we can move on.

The lads were back buzzing again on training on Tuesday after we had the day off on Monday.

I didn't train because I've had a little niggle in my knee, so had an injection on Tuesday night.

I don't think I am in danger of missing Saturday's game, hopefully it will settle down and I won't have a reaction.

Maybe in the summer, after the season, I will have to have a little look at any problems I have got with it. But for now I am concentrating on getting fit for Saturday.

I've been on a great run of games since the gaffer took over. I've only missed one, against Macclesfield away last season, since he has come in.

It is the longest run of games I have had since my recovery and I would like to keep it going.

I owe a lot to the gaffer and this week there has been a lot of speculation about him leaving following the takeover.

But he is still the gaffer and he is not going to leave.

One word out of context in an interview or a story and it could all blow up and that is what has happened this week. But the way I look at it, my manager is Paul Sturrock until someone tells me different.

I certainly expect him to be on the coach on Friday for the trip to Hartlepool.

It's a long trek north but we'll be looking to get something out of it.

Our old teammate Ady Monkhouse still plays for them and we have remained good friends.

I will be talking to him this week to see if he can unwittingly slip me some team news.

I hope to see you up at Hartlepool.
