The company that owned a skip hit by moped rider Alex Grayson will face trial in November, a year after the 16-year-old's death.
Alex, of Brokenborough, died after colliding with the skip on October 30 last year. The former Malmesbury School student was on his way back from his part-time job at Tesco in Tetbury.
Valley Trading Ltd, of Babdown Airfield, is accused of depositing the skip on the road in Silver Street without adequate illumination.
Proprietor Raino Kahkonen is expected to appear before magistrates in Cheltenham on November 8. He pleaded not guilty by post when the case first came to court, in June.
