BLUE DIVISION

Amesbury Juniors ran out convincing 9-0 winners at home to Melksham Town Youth Blue. James Doleman (4), Jordan Matthews, Rory Collins, Brandon Munday and James Henry (2) scored for Amesbury.

A ten man Bradford Town Youth team took on Westbury Youth at Winsley. Westbury used their one man advantage and took the lead from a cleverly worked throw in.

Vice Captain Sam Webb equalised for the home team from a corner with a towering header. Westbury again took the lead beating the off side trap and lobbing the keeper from eight yards.

Bradford Captain Shanon Dunn latched on to the ball in mid-field and skipped past three defenders to slot home the equaliser, shortly before half time.

It was a scorching day and once the game resumed the players all looked ragged. Sam Webb got his second, putting Bradford ahead for the first time after a goal mouth scramble.

Max Bougeard doubled the home teams lead half way through the half. Westbury pulled one back from a wide free-kick and a fantastic volley before Steven Grant finished off a fantastic move for Bradford and scored their fifth.

A fantastically good spirited game from both teams. Final score Bradford 5; Westbury Youth 3.

Warminster Highbury took a 3-2 half time lead against Trowbridge Town Youth increasing this to 4-2 after the break.

Two late goals from Trowbridge ended the game level at 4-4. Highbury saw goals from Tristan Wills, Tom Martin, Josh Carter and an own goal.

GREEN DIVISION

Devizes Town Youth took a 4-1 half time lead against home side Pewsey Vale. Pewsey worked hard in the second half taking the score to 4-3 but failing to clinch a point.

Kieran Hall, Matthew Lever and Jordan Hicks (2) scored for Devizes with Cameron Amor (2) and Lewis Chamberlane replying for Pewsey.

A hat trick from Will Chivers and singles from Leigh Rogers, Sam Weston and Chris Harding saw Corsham FC to a 6-2 away win against Trowbridge Town Youth.

Scott Ingram and Jack Parker scored for Trowbridge.

RED DIVISION

Castle Combe opened the scoring against Bradford Town Youth Blue after four minutes from Luke Simpkins, followed up by a strike from new strike partner Matt Stevens a minute later.

Combe dominated the first half and got their just rewards with further goals from Matt Stevens on twenty-five minutes, and then two goals in quick succession from Oli Thomas and Nick Blackmore.

All credit to Bradford who came out in the second half and battled well, scoring themselves after fifty-eight minutes, but Combe were the stronger and two further goals from Matt Stevens and Nick Blackmore secured the tie 7-1.

Combe's Man of the Match was Oli Thomas, despite Matt Stevens scoring a hat trick on his debut for the club.

Melksham Park got their season off to a very good start with a home win against Chippenham Town Rangers.

Park dominated the first half to lead 5-2 at the break. Chippenham had a better second half conceding just three with one reply ending the game at 8-3 to Park.

James Webb (3), Adam Lloyd (2), Luke Cottis and Nick Richens (2) scored for Park.

Bromham ran out 9-1 winners against home side Westbury Youth 2nds with goals from Steven Price (5), Joe RajaBurhanuddin (2), Ryan Simons and Rory Wiltshire.
