SWAN Graham Passed away peacefully in hospital on Tuesday 14th February 2017, aged 77 years. A devoted partner to Miriam and loving father to Judith. He will be greatly missed by all family and friends and everyone who knew him. Funeral service to be held at The Parish Church of St Andrew's, Castle Combe on Tuesday 28th February 2017 at 10am. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Prostate Cancer Research and Dorothy House Hospice c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 14 The Bridge, Chippenham SN15 1EX.
