THE ORGANISERS behind The Marlborough Community Passion Play have begun their search for budding actors and actresses of all ages to join their cast.
The inclusive community project, which focuses on the last days of Jesus Christ, his crucifixion and resurrection, is supported by Marlborough Churches Together and will be performed in various locations on Easter Saturday, April 15.
Drama teacher Helen Stokes and her husband Vincent are looking for adults comfortable to play speaking parts to take part in auditions at the Whitehorse Bookshop on November 14 from 6.30-9.30pm, November 20 from 4.30-7pm and November 22 from 6.30-9.30pm.
While a professional actor has been hired to play Jesus, people of all ages with or without acting experience will also be required for a variety of other roles.
For more information about the auditions or to volunteer for the production team email marlbopp2017@gmail.com.
