PC RONNIE Lungu has recently won a tribunal case that said he was discriminated against because of the colour of his skin.
The tribunal has ruled that his achievements were downgraded by Wiltshire Police in order to favour white applicants for promotion.
Hopefully the police will learn from this tribunal judgement, because when immigrants settle in Britain they should not face discrimination.
There are in fact only 16 police officers in the Wiltshire Force from ethnic minorities, and the Chief Constable said in relation to this case that he is committed to increasing the diversity of the force in order to reflect the communities in which they serve.
