A Devizes man who is accused of assault and a public order offence is to face trial.
Darren Hunn, 44, pleaded not guilty to charges of affray and common assault when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Hunn, who gave the court a care of address at the town's job centre, is said to have been involved in the affray on Friday, April 25, and assaulted James Twyford on Sunday, July 27.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Wednesday, February 4, for trial and released him on unconditional bail.
