Wiltshire Police have named a man who died in an accident on the A429 on October 23 as Anthony Edward Jeng, 38, from Crudwell, near Malmesbury.
Mr Jeng died when his blue Audi A3 was in collision with a white Transit van and a lorry.
The collision happened on the A429 near Crudwell and the Kemble Business Park.
The road was closed for six hour and 45 minutes.
Mr Jeng has been formally identified and his family and friends have been informed of his death.
Two women were also injured in the crash and were taken to Great Western Hospital.
They were not seriously injured although one of the women was believed to have a broken arm and leg.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit are investigating the collision and would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened.
