A man who is accused of taking part in a break-in at a house in Marlborough has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Stuart Barker, 38, is said to have been one of three people who involved in a raid on the property in Barrow Close on Thursday, September 4.
And Barker is also accused of driving while disqualified after allegedly being caught behind the wheel of a van on the M4 on the same day.
No charges were formally put to Barker, of Langley Mill, Nottinghamshire, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Judge Alistair McGrigor adjourned the case to Friday, December 12, and remanded him in custody until then.
