A former Sheldon School student who has graduated from Oxbridge is returning to Chippenham to inspire those now studying at the school.
Ben Jones, who left the school in 2011, will be giving advice on how to get into a top university when he returns to Sheldon tomorrow, from 11.30am to 1.15pm.
Mr Jones was the first of his family to attend university.
He said: “I am really confident in the potential of Chippenham’s youngsters, and this is a brilliant opportunity to promote the idea that they can go on to do whatever they want to do if they put in the hours.
“I would like to show that anyone can be successful, regardless of your background.”
