The Last Night of the Proms will come to Devizes on Saturday, July 19, when a concert of orchestral music will be performed in the Corn Exchange.
Wessex Concert Orchestra will keep the tempo upbeat for a summer spectacular which starts at 7.30pm.
Included will be music by John Williams and from films such as Pirates of the Caribbean and Chicago.
Marches including Liberty Bell, Dam Busters and Colonel Bogey will also help to get the audience in high spirits before the evening rounds off with a Last Night Of The Proms finale featuring Land of Hope and Glory, Rule Britannia and Jerusalem, when people will be encouraged to wave flags and sing along.
Tickets cost £10, or £8 for concessions, and are available from Devizes Books, from the website www.wco.org.uk or on the door.
