Healthwatch Wiltshire is inviting people to have their say on the draft Dementia Strategy.
Two events have been organised for people to give their views: on Monday, May 12, at the Neeld Hall, Chippenham, from 10.30am to 12.30pm; and on Tuesday, May 13, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, at St Elizabeth Hall, Salisbury.
The strategy has been developed by Wiltshire Council and the Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group.
Chris Graves, chairman of Healthwatch Wiltshire, said: “One in three people over 65 will develop dementia and many people will take on a caring role to support a family member, friend or neighbour who is living with dementia.
“That’s why it is so important that individuals and communities are supported with the right services and why Healthwatch Wiltshire is encouraging local people to have their say.”
