Devizes Town Council has awarded grants of more than £1,500 to community groups.
The community and civic resources committee gave the following grants; £200, Alzheimer’s Support; £100, Brickley Lane Community Association; £100, Carer Support Wiltshire; £250, Devizes and District Association for the Disabled; £100, Devizes and District Link; £100, Devizes Blind Club; £100, 1st Devizes Brownies; £200, First Stages; £200, Slade House Social Club; £250, The Golden Oldies charity; £200, Waiblingen Way Neighbourhood Watch and Residents Group; and £100, the Wednesday Club.
