Police are appealing for any information or sightings of a car believed to have been involved in a collision that occurred on the A342 Sandy Lane, opposite the George Inn Pun junction on Sunday November 17 at approximately 7pm.
Officers are keen to trace the owner of a Blue Citroen Berlingo that is likely to have significant frontal damage to the bumper and headlights after it is believed to have collided with the rear of a Black Audi A4.
The car then drove off before any further details could be taken. Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC 2607 Will Browning at Chippenham Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
