Volunteer marshals are wanted to help at a free weekly 5km run being set up in Chippenham.
The timed runs will be on Saturdays and will be open to people of all abilities, from those taking their first steps to seasoned competitors.
Venues are still being considered, with organisers hoping to hold the first run in the spring.
Park runs are already held at Southwick Country Park in Trowbridge and Lydiard Park in Swindon.
Stuart Henderson, who is helping to set up the runs in Chippenham, said: “We need a pool of volunteers to marshal and do other general duties at events on Saturday mornings.”
