A man who is accused of sexual assault and burglary with intent to commit a sex offence has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Matthew Robinson is said to have committed the two alleged offences in Chippenham on Saturday October 19.
No charges were formally put to the 27-year-old and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to January 24 and remanded Robinson, of Middlefield Road, in custody until then.
