Police closed a road in Quemerford just before 11am today after an accident.
A collision took place between two vehicles on the A4 by The Crescent and traffic was re-directed towards Blackland and turned around at Lower Compton Bassett.
PSCO Mark Cook, who was on the scene, said vehicles involved in the collision were being towed away and an ambulance attended.
The road has now been reopened.
