Plenty of fundraising ideas are in the pipeline for the Pewsey Prospect Support Group after its first event was a success.
The spring coffee morning at Pewsey Scout Hall raised £800.
Support group volunteer Carol Parsons said: “We had a magnificent response with donations of books, plants, bric-a-brac, raffle prizes and cakes.
“The amount raised was a tremendous achievement for our first event so who knows what we’ll do next?”
The group formed in January following an information evening in January, which attracted around 30 people interested in joining forces to raise funds for Prospect Hospice.
