Youngsters at Luckington Pre-school performed a May dance to family, friends and neighbouring Luckington School pupils to welcome the summer.
The dance and fair featured a cake stall and bring-and-buy sale to help raise money for an outside space under a new awning that the preschool has planned for the coming months.
Jane Henshall, vice chair of the Luckington Pre- School committee, said: “The children really enjoyed it.
“The girls were wearing summer dresses and the boys were in waistcoats. “It was a really nice atmosphere and a good community thing to have in the village which was well supported by parents.”
The outstanding rated preschool uses the Montessori ethos of teaching, which recognises and celebrates the individuality of each child.
Children at Luckington Pre-School benefit from a small community atmosphere and French lessons are offered by a native speaker.
