Management consultancy company Innecto Reward Consulting has moved into a new home in Marlborough.

The business was set up in 2002 by Woodborough businesswoman Deborah Rees because she felt there was a gap in the market for a consultancy business that created ‘tailored reward solutions’ for organisations.

Ms Rees said their services have been in high demand ever since, which she believes is due to tough market conditions, more regulation around pay and benefits, and businesses wanting to get more value from the money they spend on people.

Innecto has expanded its admin office and moved into the newly developed Elcot Mews in Stonebridge Close so it can take on more clients.

Ms Rees said: “This is a huge milestone for Innecto and the team.

“It’s given us an opportunity to reflect on our success over the past 10 years, with our expansion to Marlborough being a tangible result of that.”

Although Innecto’s head office is in London, Ms Rees lives in Woodborough so she thought it made sense to set up the administrative functions in Marlborough. She said: “This is a lovely area to live in and it has also worked well for the business with good local talent and London a manageable commute.”

The company currently has 14 staff, 10 of which are based in the Marlborough office which was officially opened by MP Claire Perry on April 29.

She said: “Innecto is a fantastic example of a local business creating local jobs whilst enjoying easy access to customers in London and the South East.”
