Chippenham resident Wayne Kemp will be forced to get rid of his two dogs as part of an injunction to curtail anti-social behaviour.
His landlord GreenSquare applied for the injunction, granted by the county court last week, after police used a warrant to search Mr Kemp’s flat in Field View, off Charter Road, on April 19.
One of the conditions bans the 36-year-old from keeping dogs and gives him seven days to find them a new home.
He is also forbidden from playing loud music and using intimidating, or abusive words towards neighbours and visitors. The order is in force until May 16, 2014.
