CHAMBERS John Brian 16th April 1949 - 7th February 2015 Sue and family would like to thank everyone for attending the funeral and for the many cards and messages of sympathy following the loss of John. Our special thanks go to Dr Mark Beresford and Bea Hamilton from the Oncology Unit, RUH, Dr Swallow and nurses at the Porch Surgery, Corsham, specialist nursing staff from Dorothy House Hospice, the care team at Shockerwick Nursing Home and Bewley & Merrett Funeral Directors of Corsham.
