COOMBES Sylvia Ada Passed away suddenly and peacefully at the Royal United Hospital, Bath on Friday 12th December 2014 aged 94 years. Devoted Wife of the late James (Jim) Coombes, much loved Mum, Nan and Great Nan. Will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Flowers welcome from all.
