Malmesbury: Matthew Hayes, 36, of Watermoor Road, Cirencester, has pleaded guilty to damaging an I phone and dressing gown belonging to a woman in Malmesbury. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 and £22 to victim services.

Melksham: 34-year-old Steven Robins of Kingbury Sqaure has pleaded guilty to stealing two pairs of Rayban sunglasses and a black rucksack containing swimming items from a Nissan Qashqai in Chippenham. He has also pleaded guilty to damaging a Ford Fiesta from which he sole a pair of Hawker sunglasses. He has also admitted stealing a dash cam and another pair of sunglasses - Oakleys - damaging a number other cars, and breaking in to a house on Haystack Avenue in Chippenham with intent to steal and to trespassing in a shed stealing tools and various other items. A warrant for arrest without bail has been issued as he failed to answer his bail.

Hilperton: 29-year-old Emily Clark of Stonelea has been fined £220 for going 35mph in a 30mph limit on Newport Road in Cardiff. The verdict was by single justice procedure, and she was also told to pay £90 costs and £34 to victim services, with three points added to her licence.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Adam Williams, 40, of Blenheim Court, has admitted assaulting a woman, and damaging a perspex protection screen and two pairs of headphones worth £120 from the Best One Store at Longleaze. He has also been convicted of carrying an offensive weapon in the form of an extendable baton and being in possession of a quantity of cannabis. He further admitted common assault on another woman and man and assault by beating another man. The case had been adjourned for a pre sentence report.

Devizes: Darren Newlands, 40, of Hodge Close, pleaded guilty to speeding on the M27. He was caught doing 58mph in a 50mph restricted zone between junctions 4 and 5. He was fined £55, with costs of £90 and a victim services charge of £34 and got three points.

Westbury: Bristol man Lee Coles, 39, of Ambleside Avenue pleaded guilty to assaulting by beating an emergency worker at Merlin Close in Westbury. He attacked a police officer. He has been remanded in custody for reports.

Calne: Daniel Clarke, 23, of Grouse Road, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood having been stopped in Lyneham, possession of cannabis and assaulting a police officer. He was given a 12 month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for three years, and must pay £50 compensation and £180 in costs and surcharge.

Chippenham: 45-yea- old Graham Parks of Loyalty Street has been fined for failing to give information relating the the identification of a driver. Gwent Magistrates fined him £660 following a proved verdict through single justice procedure. He was disqualified from driving for six months and to pay costs of £90 and £34 to victim services.

Chippenham: 59-year-old Michael Cox of Fuller Close pleaded guilty to speeding in a 30mph limit zone on the A379 at Starcross in Devon. He was fined £123 and £90 costs plus £34 to victim services and put three points on his licence.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Tracy Anne-Louise Manser, 30, of Woodshaw Mead pleaded guilty to assaulting by beating a woman and a man. Magistrates gave her a community order saying she must comply with a drug rehabilitation programme to treat her dependency.

OGBOURNE ST GEORGE: A teenager, who can't be identified for legal reasons, has been referred to the Wiltshire youth offender panel for six months after being jointly accused with another two youths of attempting to rob another. A guilty plea was offered, and he must pay £85 costs and £21 to victim services.

Trowbridge: 22-year-old Jordan Brown of Leighfield Place admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £80. His drugs were confiscated.

Chippenham: Timothy Hewett, 54, of Acacia Close was fined £500 after being found guilty of failing to comply with a community protection notice. He used a camcorder to film his neighbour while taking out his dustbins. He has been ordered not to film his neighbours or deposit any items in the communal turning area in Acacia Close.
