Senior Reporter

Hi. I mostly cover the Marlborough and Pewsey areas including the surrounding villages, but also travel across Wiltshire. I live in a rural village on the 'patch' and I particularly enjoy telling stories about people. More specifically, about people who live and work in the countryside and the issues that affect them. It's a pleasure to be spending more time in Wiltshire - I have dogs and horses, and love painting, and increasingly gardening - although you would wonder about that if you saw my veg patch. I have spent most of my professional career in London and abroad, either making documentaries for UK and other broadcasters or more latterly, running big creative and digital production teams. I was apprenticed by the Press Association, and then spent time finishing training at the Liverpool Daily Post and Echo before joining BBC radio and TV news and current affairs. So I've been about a bit! It is always a pleasure to find out what people are up to. I do like a chat, and I do enjoy writing and taking photos or film, so do get in touch. Email is best - as rural phone signals are shocking... maybe there is a story there?
