MATTHEW GOSLING, 32, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi A3 on Wallingford Road, Wantage, without insurance and while over the drug-drive limit for cocaine, benzoylecgonine and ketamine. He received a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days and a 20 month driving ban. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

LEWIS CLARK, 34, of Windrush Road, Keynsham, accepted harassment of a woman in Oxford over two weeks in July. He made unwanted contact with her in person and via email. He was fined £454, ordered to pay £267 in costs and surcharge, and was handed a year-long restraining order.

OLIVER PINES, 26, of Wanbourne Lane, Nettlebed, pleaded guilty to damaging a Ring doorbell worth £90 in Chinnor on May 9 last year. He was cleared of sending threatening text messages to the doorbell’s owner after the prosecution offered no evidence. Pines was fined £500 and given a two year restraining order. He must pay £285 in costs and surcharge.

GABRIEL IFTODE, 46, of Fairfax Road, Chalgrove, admitted drink driving a Nissan Micra on the B480 in Chalgrove on March 22. Blood tests showed he had 189mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £357, banned from driving for 20 months and was ordered to pay £85 in costs.

MARK HARVEY, 57, of The Garth, Oxford, admitted battery on two police community support officers in September 2022. He must pay £50 in compensation to each officer and was given a community order with 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

BYRUN TRINDER, 32, of Overthorpe, Northants, admitted driving a silver Citroen Berlingo in Elmscote Road, Banbury, while over the drug-driving limit for cannabis and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £160 and banned from driving for three years. He must pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £64 victim surcharge.

LEE MULLEN, 36, of Gillett Road, Banbury, admitted stealing Yo-Yo Bear snacks and other comestibles from Sainsbury’s in Banbury in May, along with two other counts of shoplifting. He was ordered to pay £63.99 in compensation and £85 in prosecution costs.

RONICA KHERA, 28, of Lockheart Crescent, Oxford, pleaded guilty to being in charge of an Audi A3 on St Clements while over the drug-drive limit for cannabis. She was stopped on April 11. The magistrates fined her £80, imposed 10 penalty licence points and ordered she pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

MATTHEW HALFORD, 24, of London Road, Shipston on Stour, admitted drink driving on Priest Hill, Nettlebed, on September 16. Tests showed he had 42mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. Halford was fined £550, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £305 in costs and surcharge.
