GREYHOUND signed off their first-ever league campaign with a 5-4 defeat at Aces FC, who had to overturn a half-time deficit to claim their fifth Division Two win of the season.
Mike Little with a 20-yard free kick and a first-half double from Vijay Manro kept Aces in the game at the break, although goals from Darren Brewer gave Greyhound the lead and Nathan Ball, Ryan Parfitt and Simon Parfitt put them 4-3 ahead.
Manro completed his hat-trick to level matters with a delightful chip and a Phil Little grabbed what was to be the winner. Trowbridge Wanderers Development claimed the bragging rights over local rivals The Stiffs thanks to a 3-1 success.
Josh Rowe and Radek Jakiel put Wanderers 2-0 up before John Farr struck a stunning long-range wind-assisted effort from inside his own half to halve the hosts' arrears.
But it was the hosts' lone reply as Owen Churchyard’s 40 yard free kick sealed Wanderers latest success.
