BATH Riding Club staged a busy open show jumping competition at Bushey Norwood this month.
Home club rider Abi Drew won the Open class, which saw just three riders make the timed jump-off, by a clear margin on Felinfach Danny.
The Advanced class went to Keira Winston and Snap Dragon, who jumped the only clear in the first round, with Banwell Pony Club’s Toby Scoble the best of the four faulters in second.
Another Bath member Kara Hughes headed the Open Novice class on Archie, who produced one of just two clear rounds in the jump-off and saw off nearest rival Kim Crew by two seconds on the clock.
Clubmate Daisy Hunt had to settle for second in the Restricted Novice, when winner Olivia Patterson cracked the 19 second barrier in the jump-off to win on Sammy.
