MINETY’S second string came back strongly in the second half but still couldn’t catch their determined opponents.
Playing down the slope in the first half, Devizes ran in three tries, Minety’s sole response coming from lock Ralph Wells.
Wells scored his second try and there was a score from flanker Vishal Nashi, but Devizes added another score to take victory.
