MARLBOROUGH picked up a useful draw from their trip to Wales.
In a hard-fought contest, the visitors grabbed the lead when Anil Sud scored from a short corner.
Solid defence kept Cardiff at bay until half time but further pressure was heaped on as soon as the second half started. Marlborough held out for a time before Cardiff secured a well-deserved equaliser.
It was backs to the wall for the remainder of the match for the Wiltshire men, defender and man of the match Matt Way making several fine stops on the line.
