RYAN Bole netted a hat-trick for Westbury United against Wimborne Town on Saturday but it was not enough to secure victory as the two teams drew 3-3 in Southern League Division One South.

A week after the club's 1-1 draw with local rivals Melksham Town, Westbury took the lead at Wimborne when Bole's in-swinging corner sailed into the net shortly after half-time.

The hosts equalised five minutes later, but the White Horse Men re-gained the lead in the 62nd minute when a free-kick from Bole out wide skipped off the surface and into the corner.

A superb long-range effort pegged Westbury back 10 minutes from time, but the visitors took the lead for a third time when Bole bundled home Matty Morris' cross just two minutes later.

Wimborne snatched a point in the 87th minute of a thrilling game, though, to leave the final score at 3-3.

Elsewhere, Melksham lost 2-1 at home to Tavistock.

Brooks opened the scoring for the hosts in the 21st minute before Tavistock equalised six minutes later.

Melksham missed a penalty early in the second half, and their visitors punished Mark Collier's men with a winner in the 81st minute.

In the Hellenic League Premier Division, substitute Ryan Bath netted a 91st minute winner for Corsham Town in a 3-2 success against Hereford Pegasus.

Joel Smedley had been sent off for Corsham, but Kieran Baggs' men held on for a key three points in their promotion charge.

Will Taylor scored for Bradford Town, but the Bobcats were thumped 4-1 by Fairford Town - who also had Robbie James dismissed.

Shrivenham lost 5-1 at home to Westfields - Callum Parsons-McHee was Shrivvy's only scorer.

Royal Wootton Bassett Town's game away at Tuffley Rovers was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
