DEVIZES Canoe Club enjoyed a fantastic result after securing six medals at the recent National Junior Championships in Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham.
The Wiltshire club - whose members train up to eight times a week on the canal - also saw a number of their athletes reach various category and distance finals at the National Watersports Centre.
The leading light for Devizes was Daisy Ball, who won a total of three medals. Daisy picked up a silver in the U14 K4 500m, bronze in the K2 500m, and silver in the K2 200m. K4 is a race consisting of four people in a kayak while K2 is the two-person event.
The U14 Boys; Arthur Hunter-Hopkins, Dylan Martin, Cameron O'Hare and Phillipe Ehrnrooth won a silver medal in the K4 500m.
Hunter-Hopkins and Martin also won a bronze medal in the U14 K2 1000m and were racing up an age category due to covid restrictions.
Meanwhile, Mollie Ball won a bronze medal in the U16 K2 500m. Sister Flossie Ball did not win a medal but performed admirably in her event.
Charlie Allen and Will Scaplehorn completed Devizes' team at the National event.
