Adver Sport assess the performances of the Swindon Town players in today’s 4-0 win away at Crawley Town in League Two.
STEVEN BENDA – 7
Not a day where shots rained in but showed good alertness to rush from his line to thwart Nadesan in once instance.
ROB HUNT – 7.5
Another dependable performance on the right. Didn’t give Crawley much of a sniff down his flank.
MATHIEU BAUDRY (C) – 7
A few vital challenges and although perhaps caught out once, was comfortable and composed throughout.
ZEKI FRYERS – 8.5
Has slotted into the centre with ease and the back-line looks more assured for his presence. Pace helped nullify the hosts’ threat.
DION DONOHUE – 8
Very good outing on the left. Made a goal with a splendid cross and was more than up to the challenge in defence.
LLOYD ISGROVE – 6.5
His dart up the right led to the opening goal but not involved much after that before succumbing to injury after half-an-hour.
MICHAEL DOUGHTY – 7
A superb pass created the second goal and looks to be getting back to the player we know he is.
ANTHONY GRANT – 9
Superb performance. Seemed to be all over the pitch. Made the first goal and was a rock in a defensive capacity too. Booked.
DIALLANG JAIYESIMI – 6.5
Rewarded with his first start and although he tried to be lively, perhaps did not make the impact he wanted. Subbed early in the second half.
JERRY YATES – 8
Not as influential as his strike partner but worked hard all game as a fine foul for Doyle and eventually got a goal as a reward.
EOIN DOYLE – 9.5
Outstanding display of finishing. Showed a ruthless nature in front of goal with three killer strikes to be Town’s match-winner again.
Substitutes:
KESHI ANDERSON – 7.5
(For Isgrove, 30) Brought liveliness and made a goal.
JORDAN LYDEN – 7
(For Jaiyesimi, 55) Helped increase Town’s control in the middle.
KAIYNE WOOLERY – 7
(For Doyle, 79) Pace posed problems and claimed an assist.
Subs not used: Luke McCormick, Tom Broadbent, Ellis Iandolo, Gabriel Zakuani.
