The successful Devizes paddlers at the National Championship Wavehopper Race
DEVIZES Canoe Club toasted four victories at the National Championship Wavehopper Race at Nene White Water Centre in Northamptonshire last weekend.
Leading the way was Juliet Fooks in the ladies’ race, and there were also wins for Mae Allen (U18s), Mollie Ball (U14s) and Daisie Ball (U12s).
Flossie Ball, Darcy Johnson, Katharine Jones and Beatrix Fooks also finished as runners-up in their respective classes.
