The Wiltshire Gazette and Herald:

ONE TO WATCH: Lee Angol

STILL only 25, Lee Angol signed a permenant contract at a sixth different club since leaving Tottenham Hotspur in 2012 when he joined Leyton Orient this summer.

Angol’s most notable stint anywhere is the two seasons he spent at Peterborough United from 2015 to 2017 where he made 55 appearances for the Posh.

The forward was at League One side Shrewsbury Town last season but joined Orient upon their promotion back to the EFL ahead of the current campaign.

Perhaps it will be at Brisbane Road where Angol will find a long-term home.

He has made seven starts in eight games for the Os this season, scoring twice too.

KEY BATTLE: Jordan Lyden v Josh Wright

JUST like Lee Angol, Josh Wright has made an instant impact since signing for Leyton Orient over the summer.

Again, it is a case of seven starts and two goals for Ross Embleton’s side in the opening month of the new season.

Wright will be a pivotal figure in the Os’ midfield against Swindon Town this weekend and has already shown he has an eye for goal.

Although not quite an enforcer in the middle of the park, Jordan Lyden has added a bite of bite for Town in that area this season.

Lyden seems to cover every blade of grass in the 90 minutes, although his first priority at Brisbane Road may be to keep an eye on Wright.
