The Wiltshire Gazette and Herald:

ONE TO WATCH: Nicky Ajose

SWINDON TOWN supporters require no introduction when it comes to Nicky Ajose.

Across three separate spells at the County Ground, he has scored 40 goals in 76 appearances and won the League One golden boot in his sole season as permanent Town player in the 2015-16 season.

Since leaving Town at the end of that campaign, Ajose has struggled to find a long-term home.

Ajose left Swindon to join Charlton Athletic but made just 44 starts over three seasons and had three loan spells away.

The 27-year-old signed for Exeter City after leaving the Addicks this summer and has started each of their opening two league games.

KEY BATTLE: Keshi Anderson v Dean Moxey

WITH striker Jerry Yates beginning a three-match suspension after being sent off in midweek, Swindon Town manager Richie Wellens needs to find a new focal point to his attack.

Step forward, Keshi Anderson. The 24-year-old has started the season well despite a tricky summer that saw him placed on the transfer list.

Wellens has longed for Anderson to up his goals return for a while, and in Yates’ absence, this could provide him the opportunity to do just that.

Dean Moxey is likely to be the man to marshal the Exeter City defence when Town travel to St James Park on Saturday, with the ex-Crystal Palace man having racked up 81 appearances over his first two seasons.
