MEMBERS of Chippenham’s Moonraker Gymnastics Club achieved excellent results at April’s South West club and regional grades event.
Four Moonraker members were in action at Grade 6 level, competing on bars, beam, floor, vault, plus range and conditioning.
Megan and Freya both came away with distinctions, and Jasmine and Maia were highly commended.
At Grade 5, Danielle was highly commended at, with Emily C doing likewise at Grade 4.
Florrie, Katherine and Millie all achieved distinctions at Grade 3, with Charlotte highly commended.
Emily MD was the only Moonraker in action at Grade 2 and achieved distinction as well as finishing fifth of the 25 gymnasts competing in her class.
Prior to that, 15 Moonraker gymnasts contested the March South West grades competition.
At Grade 5, Chloe, Evie, Mylah, Rosie and Agatha all achieved either distinction or highly commended, with Mylah even claiming a silver medal overall.
Francesca, Sophie M, Lauren, Florence, Sophie C, Maddie, Lily, Ruby and Charlotte were all highly commended at Grade 4, with Florence winning an all-around bronze medal too.
