MELKSHAM Town maintained their unbeaten start to the Southern League Division One South season as they fought back from two goals down to earn a point at home to Bristol Manor Farm.

Kieran Baggs’ side clinched their third draw in five league matches as on-loan striker Andy Sandell notched his first goal in the yellow and black colours.

The home side fell behind on nine minutes as Dean Stamp gave Manor Farm the advantage but the home side fought back as Mark Wall had a shot cleared off the line.

Five minutes into the second half it was two for the visitors as Jordan Metters found the net to leave Melksham staring down the barrel of their first league defeat of the campaign.

However, they were thrown a lifeline on 74 minutes as Luke Ballinger let fly from 25 yards to halve the deficit.

And the comeback was complete five minutes later as Sandell fired home from a free kick.
