LAST season's Division One champions Freshford United begin the defence of their Trowbridge & District League title with a tricky home clash against Trowbridge Town Reserves on Saturday.
Melksham Town A, under the joint managership of Mark Lewis and Olly Gee, open their account at Oakfields against Calne Eagles, who once again are under the leadership of Roy Wenham.
Semington Magpies host Three Daggers at Little Marsh, while Warminster Town Reserves host local rivals Heytesbury, who were runners up in Division Two last season.
The second division looks tough to call this time around, with Warminster United locking horns with Bath-based Aces FC first up.
New boys Spencers FC and Lambrok Rangers meet at the Lye Field, Seend, while Trowbridge Wanderers Development - under new manager Louis Stilman - host The Stiffs at Lambrok.
Greyhound FC host relegated Westbury United Development at Poulton and Zeals entertain new boys Calne Town Reserves.
