POULSHOT’S Amelia Bissett has continued her run of success on the ITF World Junior Tour.
The Team Bath-based player, 14, won the first ITF (International Tennis Federation) title of her career at the recent Vierumäki Dunlop Junior Cup in Finland and followed up as she and Morgan Cross won the girls’ doubles for a second week in a row, this time at the TATS Open in Tampere.
The number one seeds beat Russia’s Alisa Budanova and Mararita Ignatjeva, from Latvia 7-5 6-4 in the final, Bissett also reaching the last four of the singles
