CHIPPENHAM Town have another plum pre-season friendly to add to their summer calendar after it was confirmed an Exeter City XI will travel to Hardenhuish Park on Wednesday, July 31 (7.45pm).
The fixture takes place three days before the beginning of the new npower League Two season, with the Grecians sending a representative squad to take on Nathan Rudge's side.
Exeter won last year's friendly 4-3, while the Exeter duo Jake Wannell and Jordan Tillson both went on a month-long loan to the club in February this year.
The Bluebirds are already poised to take on Championship side Ipswich Town this summer, under the terms of the agreement that saw defender Tyrone Mings sign for the Portman Road side last December.
A date for that clash has yet to be announced, with Town still finalising their pre-season programme.
