Fire and rescue crews released one person who was trapped.
FIRE and Rescue crews released one person from a vehicle following a crash on the M4 westbound early this morning.
Crews from Royal Wootten Bassett, Swindon and Westlea were called out to the road traffic accident at 1.15am.
On arrival, they found two vehicles involved and one individual trapped who was successfully released.
In another incident at 4.12pm yesterday, one pump from Chippenham was called out to a vehicle fire on Oaklands.
On arrival, crews found a small fire in the engine compartment of a car and used one hose reel jet and small gear to extinguish it.
