POLICE are appealing for information and witnesses after a 14-year-old girl was assaulted in Calne.
The incident took place at the skate bowl in Station Road on Saturday, April 14, around 6pm.
The girl was hit around the head several times by an unknown girl, who is described as aged between 14 and 17, white with dark hair, brown eyes, and wearing a short black jumper.
The victim fell to the floor and pushed the girl away with her foot, before running out of the skate park.
She was seen by an ambulance crew at the scene as a precaution.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or anyone who may have information relating to the suspect, should call police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
